- Hello, I'm Dave Naber, a lifelong Boulder resident. I have been selling Real Estate and lived in Downtown Boulder for over 16 years. As a Boulder native, I have experienced first-hand the local culture and lifestyle that has made and kept Boulder such a special place to live. Boulder was a smaller town then, but in many ways it hasn't changed. Despite having grown into a cosmopolitan city that attracts visitors and new residents from all over the globe, it has retained a small-town feel. When I'm not working with clients you can probably find me carving turns on the ski slopes, riding my road or mountain bikes, or hiking with my dog, Hank, on Boulder's many open space trails. In the past I have volunteered with the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park as a ski instructor. I live and work in Historic Downtown Boulder. I'm passionate about older homes and the many challenges they may present. I recently completed a renovation of my historic house and found the challenge quite gratifying. It's nice to give new life to an older structure that has long since passed its prime
