- Hello, I'm Dave Naber, a lifelong Boulder resident. I have been selling Real Estate and lived in Downtown Boulder for over 16 years. I'm passionate about older homes and the many challenges they may present. I recently completed a renovation of my historic house and found the challenge quite gratifying.
