- Hello, I'm Dave Naber, a lifelong Boulder resident. I have been selling Real Estate and lived in Downtown Boulder for over 16 years. As a Boulder native, I have experienced first-hand the local culture and lifestyle that has made and kept Boulder such a special place to live. Boulder was a smaller town then, but in many ways it hasn't changed.
